NextHealth is seeking an experienced, resourceful, “hands on” engagement manager to support our healthcare clients who are geographically distributed across the United States. Projects will focus on the implementation and ongoing client support of the NextHealth analytic platform within healthcare organizations.  The role will be responsible for managing multiple clients simultaneously.

NextHealth drives measurable medical cost reduction with a prescriptive analytics and consumer engagement platform.  NextHealth’s proprietary SaaS platform integrates three foundational technologies – prescriptive analytics, behavioral economics, and multichannel consumer engagement. This end-to end, technology-enabled solution predicts risk reduction opportunities and then prescribes personalized member level actions or “nudges” to dramatically improve outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Successfully manages complex project engagements at individual sites and/or enterprise-wide levels that are geographically distributed across the United States
  • Able to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including close partnership with product, engineering and analytics to advance our product/service solutions
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients; Strategic/analytical thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical and business problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior level client executives or front line stakeholders
  • Determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans; Builds consensus and achieve goals through influence; recognized as a trusted advisor
  • Exhibit leadership, mentoring, and team building skills

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of advisory, professional services and/or management consulting experience
  • Proven experience with problem solving, organizational change, and client stakeholder alignment
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, including an ability to drive results despite change/ambiguity
  • Expert project management, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, project planning tools and collaborative software
  • Willing to travel domestically, 10-20%
  • Working knowledge of healthcare process flow, terminology and inter-organizational dynamics and/or healthcare best practices
  • Preference given for reputable consulting firm experience or internal healthcare consulting
