Visual Designer



NextHealth Technologies is looking for a creative, strategic, and hard-working in-house designer to oversee multiple initiatives. Responsibilities will extend across company collateral and brand development, product UI/UX inputs, and campaign design for our health insurance plan clients.

This role reports into the Product and Services teams, but will also work closely with the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage multiple streams of work effectively, work efficiently, and bring demonstrated experience and insights to the role regarding using design to impact consumer behavior change, ideally in the realm of health and wellness. Job Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel campaign design for our health insurance clients – including digital and print behavioral “nudges” – 60% of your time, collaborating with the VP and Director of Consumer Engagement as well as the Managed Services team
  • UI/UX design inputs for the platform interface – 10% of your time, collaborating with the product team
  • Brand and sales collateral – 30% of your time, collaborating with the marketing team on projects such as event collateral, template design, brand and sales collateral
  • Deliver professional, compelling outputs based on external and internal customer-driven copy inputs and design direction/guidelines
  • Be up to speed on the latest in design that drives behavior change – be prepared to discuss your position and experience in this area internally and with clients
  • Create budgets and work plans for production where required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years’ work experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere), HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), and related packages
  • Portfolio of published work that illustrates your experience across B2B and B2C is required
  • Copywriting, publishing, or journalism background is a plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus
