Innovative outreach solution increases Medicare Advantage member enrollment into virtual physical therapy service
A national health plan with a significant Medicare Advantage (MA) membership found many member surgeries for severe back pain were costly and ineffective. Further, some seven of ten members prescribed a physical therapy treatment did not complete the entire program—nearly half of members stopped engaging one-third of the way through their prescribed session plan. These problems were exacerbated by the Covid pandemic.
The challenge was to rapidly increase enrollment into virtual physical therapy programs. Download the case study to learn how we helped the national health plan accomplish its goal.
