Engagement Consultant



As an Engagement Consultant, you will have hands-on experience supporting our engagements with clients across the United States. You will work closely with Engagement Managers to implement the NextHealth analytic platform and consumer engagement strategies to ultimately empower people to make the best healthcare decisions.

  • Possess strategic problem-solving skills to understand business problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across a project lifecycle.
  • Develop crisp storylines and possess strong communication skills to present to senior-level client executives or front-line stakeholders.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with clients; recognized as a trusted advisor and change agent.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop detailed action plans and build consensus to achieve goals through influence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Consumer Engagement, to implement and advance innovative solutions to solve complex technical and business problems.


  • 1-3 years of advisory, professional services and/or management consulting experience; experience with software implementation preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university required.
  • Master’s degree (Business, Public Health, or related study) a plus.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with problem-solving, organizational change, and client stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and an ability to drive results despite change/ambiguity.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, Visio), SharePoint, project planning tools, and collaborative software.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare process flow, terminology, and inter-organizational dynamics and/or healthcare best practices.
  • Denver location only.
  • Willing to travel domestically, 10-20%.
