VP Client Services



The Vice President, Client Services guides all delivery activity at NextHealth Technologies.  He/she will have a relentless drive for creating value at each individual account and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.  The VP, Client Services also serves as a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team and is an important partner to all cross-functional collaborators, in particular Product and Sales.



  • Oversee all aspects of individual client delivery, including implementation, ongoing execution, and results capture and presentation
  • Maintain an active onsite client presence and develop relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Lead internal preparation and delivery of regular client steering committee meetings; ensure timely follow up actions/next steps
  • Identify and resolve barriers to delivering exceptional client results; ensure high level of internal visibility to and prioritization of client issues/opportunities
  • Maintain, document, and improve the quality of our services methodologies
  • Work with Product to ensure seamless client feedback into the product and a closed loop communication process
  • Provide subject matter expertise in support of new sales pursuits (e.g. solution design, pricing, sales presentations)
  • Build and retain a high-performing services delivery organization
  • Promote a company culture focused on client value
  • Identify and manage third-party engagement vendors
  • Participate and drive corporate strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team


  • Qualifications – Required
    • 12+ years of post-graduate experience
    • 5+ years of experience in consulting or other client delivery
    • 5+ years of experience in healthcare
    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution

    Qualifications – Preferred

    • Deep understanding of the healthcare payer landscape with experience serving payers as customers
    • Experience supporting the growth of an early stage technology company
    • Advanced degree in business or other relevant field
